PayLater Service Overview:
EruxioDigital’s PayLater service provides businesses with the option to pay for website design services in installments rather than requiring upfront payment. The following terms and conditions outline the payment process, responsibilities, and obligations of both parties involved.
Payment Agreement:
By opting for the PayLater service, the business agrees to make payments according to the agreed-upon installment plan. The payment plan will be discussed and finalized during the initial consultation with EruxioDigital.
Installment Payments:
The total cost of the website design services will be divided into installments, as agreed upon between the business and EruxioDigital. The number and frequency of installments will be determined based on the project scope and duration. Each installment will be due on the agreed-upon date, as outlined in the payment schedule.
Late Payments:
To ensure uninterrupted service, it is required that a valid and active card is added either now or later. If the business fails to make a payment on the agreed-upon date, a grace period of 10 days is automatically applied after which service will be discontinued. It is the responsibility of the business to ensure timely payments to avoid any service interruption.
Project Completion and Ownership:
EruxioDigital retains ownership and control of the website design project until the final installment payment is received. Once all installments are paid in full, ownership of the website design will be transferred to the business.
Modification or Cancellation:
If the business wishes to modify or cancel the website design project after the payment agreement has been initiated, it must notify EruxioDigital in writing. Depending on the stage of the project, additional fees or charges may apply, and any paid installments may not be refundable. EruxioDigital will assess and communicate the potential costs associated with modifications or cancellations on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Payment and Legal Action:
In the event of non-payment or default by the business, EruxioDigital reserves the right to take appropriate legal action to recover outstanding payments. Any legal fees or costs incurred in the collection process will be the responsibility of the business.
Confidentiality and Data Protection:
EruxioDigital acknowledges that any business-related information shared during the payment process is confidential. EruxioDigital will not disclose or share any sensitive information provided by the business, except as required by law or with the explicit consent of the business.
Termination of PayLater Service:
EruxioDigital reserves the right to terminate the PayLater service at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the business. Upon termination, any outstanding payment obligations will remain null and void.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These payment terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which EruxioDigital operates. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
